Failure to receive
a bill does not excuse property owner from taxes/penalties.

cash, money orders, checks, NO Credit
cards

Returned
checks: $20.00 fee & will not be re-deposited.

Financed
properties: billed to requesting bank, or escrow co., if applicable.

If bill
received and it is not your property, notify Tax Collector
§
Escrow paid
bills will have receipt mailed to property owner automatically.
§
To receive a
receipt, attach entire bill with payment & check box for receipt.
§
Unpaid
balances from recent school tax bill added to current property tax bill.
§
Delinquent sewer
indicates amounts billed and unpaid as of 06/30 prior year. Relevy
on tax bill will include penalties & advertising fees.
§
Unpaid tax
bills on 03/31, are turned over to OC Finance for further collection
§
Contact Oneida County Finance for prior year(s) or unpaid bills after 03/31
§
Marcy Tax
Collector is only responsible for current year billing 01/01-03/31
